The only team with a 100% record in the Fourth Division is Cody E after they scraped past Fleet B 6-4. Rob Brook of Fleet was the star player with a maximum whilst Kim Phillips and Alan Richards each won twice for Cody. Crawley Ridge B maintained their top spot with a 7-3 victory over Ash G. Both Richard Pape and Peter Greenwood-Sleep recorded trios for Crawley Ridge. Broadmoor C and Tennis H shared the points with Broadmoor’s Gabriel Ailioae unbeaten. John Page bagged a brace for Tennis. Ash H beat their club’s J team 6-4 with no player unbeaten. There were doubles for the H team’s Darren Milstead and Ben Carr which was matched by the J team’s John Hutchinson and Paul Gilbey. Frimley E beat a two-man Ash K team, 8-2, with Stephen Bridle unbeaten.

In the Second Division Bentley B maintained their unbeaten record with a 9-1 success over Frimley B. Robin Street and Paul Farrant both picked up maximums whilst Eric North won twice. Tennis D and Tennis E shared the spoils with Dave Hewitt notching a trio for the D team. Dave Jarvis supported with a pair which was matched by George Carder for the E team. Old Woking secured their first win of the season with an 8-2 success over two-man Fleet A. Steve Cheek was unbeaten for Old Woking with Dave Joyce winning twice for Fleet.

Tennis C, in the First Division, surprised their A team with a 7-3 victory. Graham Diplock was undefeated for the C team with Colin Baggott notching a pair which was matched by Rob Gladstone for the A team. Despite only having two players Bentley A beat Ash B 7-3. Andy Mudie and Micky Lang won all the points for Bentley. Frimley A picked up their first success of the season with an 8-2 success against a two-man Cody A outfit. Paul Rumble and Tim Ngyou were both unbeaten for Frimley.

In the Third Division Frimley D chalked up their first win of the season, 9-1, against Ash D. Both Gary Nicholson and Anthony Connelly recorded trios with Barry Baxter chipping in with a couple. Ash E and Crawley Ridge A shared the points with Crawley Ridge’s Ken Thompson unbeaten and colleague Peter Greenwood-Sleep winning a couple as did Ash’s Amy Parkes. Cody D and C split the points with The D team’s Bob Fenner the star player with a maximum. John Harvey and David Thomas each won twice for the C team. Tennis F continue to lead the table after a 9-1 thrashing of their G team. Peter Killick and Darren Brown were both unbeaten with Bob Brown only losing to the G team’s Martin Evans.
